The Lee DIY Denim Craftsmanship Workshop first made a buzz on October 16, 2013. Works of the chosen Manila creatives were featured on display at the Lee Denim Exhibit during Philippine Fashion Week, October 25, 2013. With the celebration of Sinulog and for being one of the key cities of the country, Lee set their sights on Cebu to host the second leg of The Lee DIY Denim Workshop.
Cebuanos, stay curious; as Lee is taking the DIY Denim Workshop to Cebu to jumpstart Lee’s celebration of 125 years of Craftsmanship. The festive and colourful celebration of Sinulog attracts foreign and local tourist making Cebu one of the hottest places to be in this season. Lee plans to join in the fun and invite members of the media to party with them at The Penthouse on January 18, 2014 for the Denim DIY Workshop.
Lee is curious as what Cebuanos can offer that they invited talented key influencers and provide their unique stylings to one of the Lee Originals, the Bib Over-Alls. 2014 is the celebration of Lee’s 125 years of Craftsmanship and the brand joins the local festivities to celebrate the unwavering curiosity for denim innovation. Lee poses the challenge to Cebu key influencers to reinvent the look of the classic Lee Original.

The Cebu brand influencers will celebrate together with members of the media and selected Lee Style Army alumni. The DIY Denim Workshop happens on 18 January 2014 at The Penthouse, a day before Sinulog. The event is hosted by Miss Earth 2008 and Sinulog Queen 2009, Karla Henry.
Providing the soundtrack for the event is the Mixtress of Manila’s clubbing scene Nina Saputil. This momentous event boasts a star-studded guest list as celebrities, even coming from the Metro, are expected to join the celebration.
