That's how short a time it took for La Mer to work its miracle broth on me! But this shouldn't come as a surprise really because I've seen firsthand how the cult favorite Crème de La Mer works and how it changed my skin for the better even though I only use it occasionally.
But I have to admit, I only take out the big guns only when necessary, i.e., when I pulled an all-nighter, when I wore foundation for 3-5 days straight, or when my skin feels and looks crappy just because. I cringe at those days when everything is just not right in the skincare department and all I can do is throw my hands up in the air in exasperation-- you know what I mean? When I finally found skincare products that worked on me (not entirely La Mer), I made it a point to actually follow through my complete skincare routine, not missing a single day no matter how tired I was or how late I got home that night-- I just had to do it, it's capital sin not to! In a couple of weeks time, my skin was in a better state. Better, but not perfect but I'd take better any day over my skin in the photos above. Who wouldn't, right?
I loved my skin then, it was already perfect despite the few imperfections. After all, clear skin is all I need, pores and sun spots can wait, I said to myself. It was good enough and in all honesty, I didn't think it could get any better until a few weeks ago.

But then again, La Mer was born from the sea to heal the skin of its founder, Dr. Max Huber, after suffering burns from an experiment gone wrong. If the Miracle Broth infused in all of La Mer's products was able to change that, then I don't see why it can't change mine, or even yours ;)

HOW TO USE
Most products are suspended in an extraordinary formula unique only to La Mer, so there are secrets to activating it's healing properties to enjoy their benefits thoroughly.
The Regenerating Serum
To release key ingredients, shake gently, then tap several drops onto fingertips and sweep over face and neck morning and evening.
The Moisturizing Soft Cream
Pat a small amount between fingertips and press gently into skin.
Whatever's left on my fingers, I sweep over my neck in upward strokes.
The Intense Eye Balm
Dab a small amount onto applicator and gently sweep onto eye area morning and night. I follow it with the de-puffing massage to increase micro-circulation and product absorption.

La Mer products are known for their hefty price tag (there's no denying it) but for a brand to actually work and live up to their promise, I say, they are worth the investment. Besides, you only need a little amount of the product/s because a little goes a long way.
I started using my 30ml La Mer Moisturizing Soft Cream last October 26 (applying it twice a day) and I am nowhere near the neck of the jar. Be sure to bookmark this post as I will be updating this every now and then-- from product consumption to skin condition updates!
I will say YES without any hesitation. To quote a friend after having seen my skin in person, "It really is a worthwhile investment!" I cannot rave about this brand enough!
