who here loves the camouflage trend? while other bloggers sashayed their way into the hearts of their readers (myself included) wearing a camo jacket and/or camo pants/trousers, i on the other hand shied away from it. i tried on a camou jacket once but realized that its not just for me. the color and the print just made me look twice thinner than my already lanky frame. so the closest thing i could ever brave wearing that is somewhat within the said color theme is this plain army green top.
the first and only time i wore this was to our subdivision's annual halloween trick or treat. emphasis on the ONLY because while i was cleaning our house of what was left of the cobwebs, spiders and candles that night, i accidentally spilled scented wax all over the shirt's front. i yelped not because of pain but because of the knowledge that wax can be a real pain in the bumbum in taking off of clothes. i googled for home solutions but ended up calling my mom at 11 in the evening to ask for her advice. she told me not to do anything to it and bring the shirt to her first thing in the morning but it was just tooooo late. i ironed it with paper towels under and atop the shirt as per google's advice and the outcome? ugly permanent wax stain.
that's what you get for not asking your mom first.
and there goes my first ever army green shirt. lol
katie top. topshop highwaist jeans. primadonna sandals.
plus minus times divide id necklace. sister's forever21 studded bag
I swear Toni, if I had your legs and frame, I would do nothing but wear cute flats! But because I'm stout and have hips for life, I just can't. :((
