The first ( and only) time I posted about homemade food here on the blog was in 2014 (No-bake Mango Cheesecake)-- back when I promised myself I'd share with you guys some of my recipes which I've gathered from various readings, food magazines, Food network, from my cousins and my mom. It was another niche I wanted to embrace because I've been getting a lot of recipe requests whenever I post homemade goodies on my Instagram account.
But like always, that idea gets buried under a ton of other ideas, plans and priorities hence the likelihood of #ToniTriesToCook to always get stalled.
But because I've been on the hunt for the best food to forage and I don't want my efforts to go to waste by not documenting them, here we are again, about to take on another recipe (a simple one at that. ha!) and hoping this move doesn't get sidetracked. *crossing fingers*

HONEY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE
Ingredients:
• Honey
• Mustard
• Apple Cider Vinegar
• Salt & Pepper
Directions:
1.) Mix 2 tablespoons of honey, mustard and apple cider vinegar in a bowl
2.) Add a pinch of salt & pepper
3.) Pour into a small carafe or mason jar. Ready to serve. (I like mine chilled!)
Points to remember:
• There are a ton of ideal measurement ideas on the internet right now but I prefer to do mine in equal parts of each of the wet ingredients-- adding a pinch or dash of salt & pepper depending on the quantity of your vinaigrette.
• You can add 1/2 cup of olive oil and a dash of your favorite herbs like Thyme, Oregano or Parsley-- finely chopped.
I hope you guys enjoyed this post!
