Cebu STREET FEST on Wednesdays-- a fest made for the adventurous traveler hungry for local flavors and passionate about authentic tastes. Here one may find the Balot, a local favorite that is on the bucket list of every adventurous food lover. Cebu's Puso (hanging rice), deep fried ginabot and ilogon (chicharong bulaklak), grilled chicken intestines, pork blood and other local street fares complete the whole experience.

Themed dinners can be availed at the Allegro Restaurant at Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort from Monday to Sunday starting at 6:00PM until 9:00PM.
