The premier design source for the latest and advanced architectural finishes and bathroom ware, the Architectural and Interior Source (AIS) by Intranet Trade International Inc. (iTrade), has a new and bigger branch in Axis Entertainment Avenue, Vibo Place, N. Escario, Cebu. Following their first launch in Cebu in 2012, AIS has since earned a following as a designer’s go-to store. The newly opened AIS showroom celebrates its grand opening on Tuesday, September 20, 2016.
The AIS showroom and its products

The 500-sqm. space of the new showroom reflects the modern design aesthetic of iTrade owner and president, Architect Buck Sia. Its streamlined and sleek visual display makes it easy to view and choose products. The showroom’s design also echoes the sophistication of the brands that AIS carries.
|
Customers can expect changes in the showroom display every now and then to showcase new collections and to provide a dynamic environment that designers would love to frequent. There are images alongside the display as well for application ideas to give customers an idea of what their space would look like.
|
As an architect himself, Sia is well versed with the needs and requirements of the design industry and AIS consumers can expect no less in the brands Sia himself handpicked.
“We also like to focus on few specific brands. There were many opportunities to work with multi brands but we prefer to deal with brands that we have worked with already. We choose the brands not just only for the design but, more importantly, we review their competencies,” says Sia.

As a leader in innovation, AIS also carries a variety of products such as tiles, sanitary wares, bathroom fittings, bathroom accessories and architectural finishes, exclusively bearing premium global brands such as APE and SALONI, two prestigious Spanish tile brands that cater to different market lifestyles and needs, based on price range and a wide range of aesthetic appeal from streamlined to fashionable. Tile collections include large format, wooden, wall collection, floor collection, clinker/facade bricks, mosaic, plus a varied range of trendy collections that suit every design theme and look, from industrial to subway tiles, and small format to irregular shaped.
Other brands that AIS carries are SANIFLO, a French brand offering macerator pump technology that can install toilets and other water discharging equipment anywhere without big works; CRISTINA, a premier Italian company that offers sanitary fittings able to anticipate the trends of design that provide innovative, beautiful, and functional solutions attentive to the environment; and GENESIS, a UK brand offering a full range of floor and wall edge protection, transitions, and tool systems, to create the perfect finish.
iTrade, the operating arm of AIS, is a subsidiary of Cebu Bionic Group of Companies, a leading construction supply distributor for 40 years. Apart from iTrade, its other affiliates are Build It! Building Material Sales, Inc. (Mandaue and Danao City), Cebu Bionic Hardware Mall, Cebu Bionic South, and ZSCAPE Development Corporation.
